All orders are despatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday from our warehouse including engraved and embossed orders, and you should recieve regular email updates from our couriers . Our Packaging:

All of our packaging is plastic free and can be recycled or composted at home. We still receive a number of products from our suppliers wrapped in plastic, which means you may receive some of this in your parcel.
